The following agencies are now offering Christmas assistance for Putnam County residents. Applications are cross-checked, so please sign-up with only one agency.
CITY OF HURRICANE – CHRISTMAS BLESSINGS (September 18 - November 9, 2023)
**Provides assistance for children ages birth through high school

Proof of income or SNAP letter are necessary for registration.
SALVATION ARMY – ANGEL TREE
October 11, 2023 (9:00-2:00) -- In-person registration at Teays Valley Church of the Nazarene
**Provides assistance for children ages 12 and under.
ONLINE applications are also available. (**Use Code “Putnam”)
You MUST upload your ID, SNAP or INCOME, and CHILD DOCUMENTATION for children.
You MUST have a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS and WORKING PHONE NUMBER. You will receive
an email with your angel code and, once approved, you will receive an email with your acceptance letter.
